Ira Holmes is Cassies' mother, but in this reality she hasn't had a child yet and is instead setting up for the future and preparing for when Division does take her. She's very loopy and out of it due to seeing the future a lot and never telling what's up or down and confusing what will be with what is. So have fun~ She's slightly paranoid of getting caught, a little crazy from delusions, and a good person to know when drunk. She's more normal drunk than sober.
